I am a current first-year going into my second-year undergraduate student studying a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of the Sunshine Coast. I am very interested in using my current skills to become an Intelligence Analyst Trainee while gaining and refining my skills. This job opportunity perfectly aligns with the current degree I am studying. I have also had to deal with multiple customers in crisis and help to confidentially steer and navigate them in the right direction. As I work in an industry where communication is essential, I have learnt and demonstrated the skills needed to ensure that customers and co-workers understand what is happening. On one occasion, I had to help a disgruntled customer who had a bad experience by that the worker who put them through had overcharged them and was too quick for them. I listened attentively to what the customer was saying and helped to rectify the problems they experienced by refunding them the extra amount they were charged and ensuring that their complaints had been heard. As such, I went and talked to my co-worker and communicated effectively about what happened and helped them to learn from this experience. In addition to my studies, I have relevant experience as I completed a Cert I in Information, Digital Media and Technology and a Cert II in Business while I was in school. This has helped me to gain vital skills needed when operating with computers, have a proficient understanding of communicating and operating securely on the internet and can work effectively with others. This is very beneficial when operating in a team and using digital devices when working at ID Care. As such Intelligence Analysts use technology to monitor online environments to detect vulnerabilities and produce alerts to those threatened.

As ID Care is a non-profit charity organisation, I align with these values as I have previously donated my hair to charity for Shave for a Cure. As well as being a volunteer for multiple charities and organisations that worked with my school and have been a school leader for 10+ years. This showcases that I am an active member of the community and I care about the concerns and needs of
