After reading the announcement about the Human Resource Intern position, I felt the urge to take the next train and start my internship at PRISMOND right away. This position offers a unique opportunity, that would allow me to develop professionally and personally towards my goal of becoming a Human Resource Manager. Moreover, the philosophy of PRISMOND putting efficiency, trustworthiness and uncompromising quality in the focus resonates perfectly with my values. I would like to share with you how my professional background equips me for this internship. I am a psychologist, holding a Master degree in Psychology awarded by the University of Szeged, Hungary. I have recently finished my PhD in Communication Sciences, with Health Communication specialization at the University of Lugano, Switzerland. I have conducted surveys and literature reviews in order to examine the underlying factors of medication non-adherence and psychological well-being in hypertensive and chronic pain patients. Furthermore, I initiated and have been coordinating an international research collaboration between the University of Lugano and the University of Szeged in order to validate health literacy tools in Hungary. …show more content…

These projects allowed me to improve my problem-solving skills and detail-oriented thinking. Moreover, I have been using daily the MS Office tools, including Microsoft Outlook, and statistical software packages. I managed sensitive patient data or a regular basis, which gave me expertise of handling confidential information professionally. Distributing the research outcomes to the international research community was one of my responsibilities, which gave me the opportunity to master my oral and written presentation
