I am writing to express my strong interest in working as a part-time PACE Data Support Officer (Reference# 499788) at Macquarie University as advertised recently on seek.com.au.
I am a highly capable and experienced data support professional with many years of experience in a busy corporate environment. I have an eye for detail, also have strong keyboard skills with an average 60WPM and 30WPM with 10-keys number pad with great accuracy rate. I used to work for BOC as a data support officer for eight months. Apart from entering the raw data into the system, I constantly make sure that I kept database updated and often cross-checked between multiple systems to ensure the data integrity and accuracy. I always try my best to meet the daily targets and tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. In my current role with BOC, I am responsible for raising purchase orders, receipting goods in SAP, creating work orders, equipment allocation, coordination with suppliers, data cleaning, and report generating. I always utilize my strong Excel skills; such as Pivot Table, IF() statement, VLOOKUP; with critical and strategic thinking to resolve discrepancies.
