The story “Cruising on Cotton Candy Clouds” by Ludmila Carluen-Barrica, appears in non-fiction book,the book is just like a diary because it entitles a real life experiences of her as flight attendant. The book asserts and traces how she joined the airline industry, the many bumps she encountered along the way, and the lessons she learned from them. The book is divided into six(6) parts where it has twenty-eight (28) chapters all in all. The best experiences of Ludmila’s are summarized below. Another chapter is the imaginary crown, Ludmila thought me here that greatness is determined by how many people you serve, not how many people serve you. And true leaders don't create followers, they create more leaders. Ludmila also shared to strive not to be the best but to be someone who can motivate, inspire and can bring out the best in people. On chapter eighteen, Ludmila shared and experienced that the success of a journey didn't depend on the number of miles covered or countries visited. But it had more to do with how much I had and how much I would let myself be changed by the experience. Another part five is the approach, chapter nineteen is entitled link it where it Ludmila experienced here either miserable or motivate yourself is always your choice. On chapter twenty, Ludmila shared that work is love, she realized that the only way to do great work is to love what you do and if you haven't found it yet then just keep in looking. Another chapter is thoughts on flying and frying , Ludmila shared her experienced here because of her husband. That she was blessed because she has a husband who loves to cook. While the next chapter is about better individuals, because Ludmila wants us realize that a smile is a curve that sets everything straight. And doing ordinary things extraordinarily well. Do it not for the kind words but because at the end of the day we benefit from it. We become better individuals. On chapter twenty-three, it was thoughts about don't stop when you're still not there. Because the darkest nights produce the brightest stars. Just keep on going and exploring things.
