How would you feel?
I would make sure they understood what I was saying and I do not want to hear or see this behaviour again. I would also get them to apologise to the child as then they both know its not a nice thing to do to each other and make sure both children are OK. 3 know how to access information, advise and support about diversity, equality and inclusion 3.1 Identify a range of sources of information, advise and support about diversity, equality and inclusion. Answer: Sources of information advice and support: You can access information from your manager, colleagues, internet, books, magazines, journals, EYFS and children's parents and families. 3.2 Describe how and when to access information, advise and support about diversity equality and inclusion. Answer: Equality and inclusion are aspects of practice that are complex and can raise sensitivities. I my encounter situations that i find challenging and even distressing. It is essential that i seek support and use the experience as a professional development and learning
