Current Training Status:
You’re pursuing continuation training on geo-spatial tools and coordinate formats and maintaining your skills that you were taught from Initial Qualification Training.

Your independent personality and willingness to implement ideas makes you an effective Executor. When I hand you a project that needs done you follow the directions I give and complete them in a meticulous manner. A good example is the checklist idea I talked to you about. Special Duty Assignment:
I cannot recommend a special duty for you right now, but once you meet your goal of making SSgt I can see the Air Force benefitting from having you as a Recruiter. You’ll have to get your CCAF completed before then, but since that is one of your aspirations, I suspect that you won’t have any problems completing it. Your latest fitness test was in the high 70’s and to become a recruiter you need to score an 80 or above on your last two tests or a 90 or above on the most recent. Make sure you score a 90 or higher to stay eligible.
I think this would fit you well because you’re a people-oriented person and exemplify outstanding military appearance. Recruiters are independent and this fits your preferred team role as an Executor. With me switching jobs soon, our cell needs one more instructor to ensure we have the necessary qualified Airmen to do the mission.
You have the knowledge and the high standards. The instructor program could really use an executor like you who is willing to focus on the realization of all the new ideas the Training Manager wants implemented. The training requirements that you will be instructing have not changed in years and with the way our job has evolved, it’s time they get adjusted.
As an innovator, you will help create break from this worn-out system and we need someone that’s willing to take the risks by working outside the status quo to bring life back into our training program.
Meeting these training requirements and becoming a new instructor will benefit the Air Force in many ways. There wouldn’t be qualified Airmen to do the mission without instructors. They are the continuity and pass on their lessons from one generation of Airmen to the next; this is exactly what the Air Force needs right now.
