Among them they had different tribes and also different believes and cultural backgrounds. When the time passed by arriving of Christopher Columbus, which their main goals of the search are treasurable resources, enormous amount of lands and slave trades. These goals gave Native Americans unexpected problems and even loose their rights. “Custer Died for your sins: An Indian Manifesto” was written by Vine Deloria, Jr. in 1969. What it does was removing Indians from the eastern side of the United State. “The Removal Act of 1830”, “Trade and Intercourse act of 1834” cause and army was forced American Indians to move out to West. Most of the tribe ends up living in Oklahoma under federal government. After termination policy was established Native Americans were divided to few sections. The first class was Indians who lived independently so government able to terminate federal services quickly. Second was one who lived half independent which government gives federal services for several years. Third one of course who lives totally dependent from others and government has no choice but to provide services continuously. Treaties crushed Indian tribes. Due to treaties it minimum the hunting, which Indians were, loved to do. And they had to pay taxes on their own property. Some whites start to fool Indians and buy out their lands for cheap prices. Event though how bad was these treaties Indians didn’t want to break them with whites. Most of the treaties lead most of Indians toward poverty. Missionaries could be the biggest problem Indians could have. With new white colonies was build with n around the tribes their religions and believes turn up and down with Catholicism spread among society. “The Civilization Act” puts young kids on schools and educated them while doing that they change their looks and giving them catholic names. Most of the Indians were going with the flow. Missionaries’ duty was to built churches, homes, and other religious places. These missionaries, prohibited Indian religious practice and believes and spread Christian religion around
