We are wrapping up our series “Thones” today and today we are taking about the Prophetic throne.
And really what we have been looking at through this series is the life of Daniel.
The Story of Daniel begins when he along with other young men from Judah were taken captive by King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon. And we follow his life and read how he served under four different kings, Nebuchadnezzar, Belshazzar, Darius and Cyrus. And I think that in itself speaks volumes. Somebody might succeed under one king because maybe the King liked him, BUT Daniel rose to positions of prominence and served under each King. Even though he was in captivity. How did Daniel handle Politics and how does that apply to us. What is our view of Politics, How do we treat politicians. How should we traet them, what is our responsibility to the Government of the day.
We looked at Daniels actions in the personal throne. How he lived his personal life.
Last week Pastor Mark looked at the professional throne and how Daniel thrived in his professional throne and how we too can thrive in our professional lives.

We also read of 2 additional accounts of an angel coming to Daniel (Daniel 9:20-23 and Daniel 10:5-14)
As so we get introduced to Daniel the prophet….Who prophesied as he was moved by God through visions and
