Williams called a Des Moines lawyer and informed him that he’d like to turn himself in. He then advised Williams to turn himself in to the Davenport police.

Justice Helen Wood described the event as “chillingly dangerous,” (Burgess, 2016) and also stated that the teenager was apologetic about his actions. It has been suggested that the teenager’s attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and his intellectual disability may have an effect on his decision making and thus, led to his rash driving and manslaughter. However, it was revealed through psychiatric assessment that he was intellectually capable of recognising the severe nature and consequence of his crime and concluded to be completely accountable for the crime he committed. The boy’s identity was hidden for legal reasons and thus, details about the teenager excluding his age and intellectual disability were not revealed. This provided limitations within the article in addressing the factors that could have resulted in his actions.

One day in May, Sandra Smith a neighbor of Dahmers saw a young Laotian boy running down the street in his underwear bleeding and incoherent. Smith called the police and reported the incident. Dahmer who had chased the 14-year-old victim up the street was there when the police pulled up and he explained that the “man” was his boyfriend who was obviously drunk and upset with him but it had just been a silly quarrel. Survival doesn’t always come easy, most of the time you will have to make decisions that will make others judge you, whether you like it or not. For example, if someone left their friend to save themselves, should these people be held accountable for their actions? People shouldn’t be held accountable for those actions because when it comes to life or death that’s so much pressure to that person so of course they’re going to make mistakes and everyone makes mistakes we just have to learn from them. However, people will argue that if they put themselves in that situation they should be held accountable for their action In a story titled The Seventh Man, The story is about a boy and his friend who go to the beach after a storm and they end up in a life or death situation. When they were on the beach out of nowhere a huge wave starts to come towards them, which can kill them both, the Seventh man makes a decision “i told myself to to run over to K….

Cheerleading first started out as an all-male activity at college football games in the 1800’s. In the 1920’s cheerleading started to excel more in the women’s direction.
To start, Nancy Sherman says that people take too much responsibility for what happens under their watch even though they could not have kept it from happening. She says, “One feels guilty despite the fact that he knows he has done nothing wrong”(Sherman 154). Sherman is saying that people cannot forgive themselves for anything that happens in life-or-death situations, even if it wasn't their fault. Nevertheless, they should not feel guilty,
People are responsible for the consequences of their actions. When people are not responsible for their own actions, they tend to blame others for their problems. The lack of personal responsibility makes us as human beings, less responsible. The more you lack personal responsibility, the more you make excuses in order to get out of your own personal problem. In the story, Macbeth, by William Shakespeare, it shows Macbeth being a person that has little to no personal responsibilities.
