Around 51% but this murder case will not be a part of the 51% because I know that Mr. David Eldridge committed 1st degree murder, and the victim of this murder was Mr. Armes. A couple pieces of evidence found that leads to David Eldridge being the murderer is that he worked for Mr. Armes at his Family Fun restaurant, which is also the place Mr. Armes was found dead. Mr. Armes was found dead in the kitchen at the Family Fun Restaurant. David Eldrdge was quickly put under suspicion as he was at the Family Fun Restaurant 2 hours before the death of Mr. Armes, David Eldrdge also did not like Mr. Armers after he did not give him a raise. The police searched David’s house and found a bloody spatula, with Mr. Armes' blood and David’s finger prints. This puts Mr. David Eldridge under suspicion of the murder of Mr. Armes. Mr Armes’ cause of death was his neck being slit open with a spatula and David Eldridge had a bloody spatula in his house with his finger prints on it. …show more content…

Later that day, Miss Barbra Wheeler paid off David Eldridge’s house loan. Miss Barbra Wheeler claims she paid off the house loan with her money from her account and out of the kindness of her heart. But Barbra Wheeler would not have had the money to do that, “The kindness of her heart” because she also worked at a restaurant called the Delicious Dish. Even though she might have made a lot of money the day she paid off David Eldridge’s house loan, she wouldn’t have had enough money to pay off the rest of the house loan. Miss Barbra Wheeler stole the money in the safe from the Family Fun
