Colorado Blvd. and noticed the lock to the storage unit was tampered with. Highfill told me the last time he was at the storage unit was approximately two weeks prior (07/19/17-08/02/17). Highfill opened the storage unit and saw it was ransacked. Highfill video recorded the storage unit with his cell phone, documenting how he found it. Highfill called Manager Belinda and informed her of the burglary. Highfill asked Manager Belinda if there are any cameras located around his storage unit and she said, “No.” Manager Belinda told Highfill a week ago, the storage unit next to his was also burglarized.
