David McClelland is an American Psychologist, he has devloped his needs of theory which called McClelland’s theory of need. Also, some of the people will called it as Three Needs Theory. McClelland’s three needs of theory is created in 1961 in his book “The Achieving Society”. In the fact that, this McClelland’s theory of needs is depend on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. David McClelland has elaborated about his required of the needs theory. He has suggested that, an speciafic needs of individual are follow over the period of time and it are develop by the experience of each. Therefore, three needs of theory is create based on the experience he had in his life. The theory of needs from McClelland is a theory that explicate the motivation process by change of integrity in what and how those needs are and how they going to be closer. Also, in this needs of theory McClelland have known the three motivators and he believe that all of us have a need for achievement, affiliation and power. However, everyone will have different characteristics based on the dominant motivator which can mention that in the worlds there is not one will have the same characteristic with others. This theory sometime people will called it as the lerned needs theory thiis is due to the statement of thse motivators are learned by McClelland. In addition, McClelland has found out that all of us has the feature of those needs in our lifestyle not even related how our own race, sex, culture, age and other
