Dealing with limited resources for our children while attempting to survive in an expensive world. With the ever increasing cases of neglect in child care, children dying while at the babysitters, etc, etc. There is no wonder the government has regulated how our children are looked after while we work. The problem here is there is not enough daycare spaces to satisfy the demand. The childcare centres are at their limits for children and have long wait lists. In order for parents to work, they either have to pay for expensive licensed child care or have a friend or family member babysit. There are pros and cons for both scenarios.
