I would like to change the world one step at a time. I am going to first start with a change project with Dayton Chi Alpha. Chi Alpha is a campus ministry also known as XA (Christ ambassador). Dayton Chi Alpha diverse family of students on Wright State, Sinclair & the Univ. of Dayton. They are a family that is passionate about following Jesus with their whole life and living that out with students around us. There are about 50-60 students that usually attend their weekly events and bible study. There is also 4 staff members that are consider missionaries. Dayton Chi Alpha also has a small apartment building near Wright State campus. In which there is 5 units. The two-unit’s upstairs are for females in which there is 4 females in each apartment. Downstairs there are two guys apartment with four males in each apartment. The five unit is also downstairs and it has the staff office and is used for a community room that all students can use. …show more content…
This model links environment input factors to the organizations components and outputs. As well, it provides a useful classification, of the internal organizational components and outputs (Cawsey, pg68). This model relates organizations and external environment. When tasks, people, structure, and culture fit together organizations are more effective. “Inputs are transformed to outputs, and feedback links make the model dynamic and the components highly interdependent” (Cawsey/, pg. 68). I selected this model for Dayton Chi Alpha because I believe that this organization interacting components would like to be in harmony with each other. I believe that this organization needs help with putting in good inputs to receive successful outputs. Dayton Chi Alpha is composed of internal environments.
