Water is usually an abundant source, but for China that is not the case. China is in a crisis, a water crisis precisely. There are three things affecting them in a major way. Government policy, global warming, and industrialization. Water is being used before it can be replenished. Cheaper is not always better and the government proves that by making the mistake of lowering water prices. This is an example of supply and demand. The government of China lowered the water prices so the people can buy a lot of water in a little amount of time. The better choice would be to raise the prices of the water so people would value it and there would be more water left and less water wasted (Doc F) People always talk about Global warming starting
