Samurais are a form of warrior found in Japan, while knights are a type of warrior found in European nations. Samurais and knights have many differences, but also share many traits. Samurai and Knights follow a code of honor that reflects who they are and what they stand for . Both of these warriors value their rulers and upper class. Also, each protector starts very young (Samurai start at the age of 14 while Knights start at the age of 21).
Samurais and knights have many differences, but also share many traits. One difference is that Samurais have better armor than the knights due. This armor allows the samurais to use their right arm while the knight's arms are enclosed in their armor. As stated in document D, “Samurai did not wear armor on their right arm so they can easily draw their bow.” Another difference that they have with their armor is in Document D it states, “The knights’ armors weighed about 40 to 60 pounds (heavier than the samurai's armor)” This shows that Samurai would be able to be more agile and move around quicker than the knights would be.
