De Beauvoir says that as the main theory that "the woman", exactly what we mean by woman as flirtatious, affectionate, etc ; is the result of a cultural product that has been built in society. Throughout history, the woman has been defined as mother, wife, daughter, sister, etc. De Beauvoir argues that the main task of women is to regain their own identity and from their own criteria. Most of the characteristics that women present are not given by their genetics, but how they have been educated and socialized. She wrote an essay on how women have been conceived, in what situations women live, how they can try to improve their lives and expand their freedoms. One of the most well-known arguments is the criticism regarding the compensation of the most disadvantaged, where he uses the well-known example of the famous basketball player Wilt Chamberlain. In the example a hypothetical situation arises in which there exists a society with fair distribution according to the principles of Rawls, if in that society it was agreed that every individual who wanted to see the basketball star should pay twenty-five cents that would be directly assigned To Chamberlain in compensation, probably thousands of people would go to see him so the player at the end of the day would be thousands of dollars richer than the rest of society that would be twenty five cents poorer. Nozick argues that this new highly inequitable distribution is nevertheless fair because it is the result of a voluntary transaction on the part of the persons legitimately involved and, on the contrary, it would seem absurd for the government to confiscate Chamberlain 's profits in order to redistribute it between the most disadvantaged and return to the initial fair
