Deadpool is one of the most insane characters in the Marvel universe considering that he is an anti-hero. When growing up he had a difficult childhood considering his mother died when he was five from cancer and he had another mother that was abusive to him when he was a teen. The two mothers' effects on his life decided the route he was going to take. He also remembers a father that abandoned him and another that died from a bar altercation even though he was a military man that was strict on Wade when he was seventeen. To prove he is psychotic he has had moments of extreme intellect and extreme charm. Such moments like these prove that he is not psychotic but just purely insane there are also other illnesses that he suffers such as schizophrenia, manic-depression, and ADHD. People in his universe would call him psychotic but in reality, he isn't because the true definition of a psychopath is that the person has no regard for other people and how they feel also a true psychopath has heightened intelligence and get angry very easily. While Deadpool only shows at least two of the symptoms which are that he gets angry very easily and that he is very intelligent due to his mutations and his combat capabilities. Psychopaths also tend to act as if they care about people even though they don't they use this to make people believe that they do, with Deadpool, he doesn't care to where he doesn't fake emotions his emotions are real its just some emotions that he has to be caused by specific events that will make him react a certain way. For example, when he accidentally killed his reanimated wife he found a way to deal with his emotions just by laughing it off so that he could cope with the news.
