Love is blind. The things you do for someone without thinking comes deep from your heart. In the words of Theodore Roethke “In a dark time, the eye begins to see...,” means when you have something good and you let it go, you then start to realize what you have let go of. Dark times make you realize the important things in life, rather than the other things you’re worrying about. Not to mention the material things you have in life that take up all your time, which takes away the people you have in your life. In the blink of an eye you can lose that person but the man made things will always be there. For instance, Death of a Saleman by Arthur Miller shows how the main protagonist Willy returns home early and lost his salary and works on commission.
