When I asked my team leader for a solution he replied, “Just follow the process rules.” Not satisfied with the answer, I contemplated for a while and decided to help the customer. I negotiated with my team leader and explained how helping the customer would help HP that satisfied customers will recommend HP to others which improves the brand value. At that time I was 12 years old and it was great to be a child because at that age you will not have to worry about anything because children are free of all tensions. There was a moment I remember when I went out without asking for permission from my friend and I didn’t came back to home because I thought my parents knew that I am with my friends. At that day I was all day with my friend and then in the night my friend say to me that you can live here today with me I thought it would be a great fun if we will be a together tonight. But, in the happiness and I totally forgot that my parents are not aware that I am with my friend and they are finding me everywhere where they thought I could be. My mother but called everyone to ask that I am with them or not and my father was looking for me nearby and also outside the area far away from a home. My parents knew my all friends as well as classmates but not one new who became friend of mine after 3-4 days when he joined school.
