A process that I’ve encountered at Stratford University and believe should change, is the process of obtaining student ID cards. The AS-IS process that I encountered is that there are no notifications to pick-up ID cards. During my second semester, I received an email about student ID card FAQs, but had not yet received an email to pick-up my ID card. This FAQ email stated that if students cannot produce an ID card if asked, they may not be allowed to enter the building or may even be asked to go home.
