Happiness is that feeling that comes over you when know life is good and you can’t help but smile. It’s the opposite of sadness. Happiness is a sense of well-being, joy, or contentment. When people are successful, or safe, or lucky, they feel happiness. We are in control of our happiness. No one is in control of your happiness but you. Therefore, you have the power to change anything about yourself or your life that you want to change. Happiness is choice. Yeah things in life make it difficult, but at the end of the day we are in control of our own happiness.

Our whole lives we try to find the right person that we can love, feel safe with, and who can understand us. Finding the right person is a big deal because you don’t want to spend the rest of your life with someone that will someday mean nothing to you. You want to spend the rest of your life with someone that you will love them no matter what. As each day passes you want to look at your partner and just fall in love with every day. Looking at them like they have no flaws and that you are the luckiest person ever and thinking how you never want to lose them because without them you’d be lost. Be with someone that will love you as much as you love them. Most couples rush into relationships or love. It will either last or it won’t. If you’re not happy with the person your with you have the power to change that. Don’t live an unhappy life just because of that one person. Be who you are and be who you want to be with. You can’t pretend to be someone you’re not. And you can’t have an unhealthy relationship. So do what makes you happy. No one can control your life but you.
