People fight, they yell at each other, punch in each other’s face, and sometimes, it even has to be solved in the court. Showing different reactions about their fight, some would have a really hard time to overcome after having such a painful moment. On the other hand, others might not actually care about what happened a minute before. Some would fall into the edge of their lives, while others erase it in their mind and live the happiest life than ever. What makes these ironical and an uncomfortable situation is the ‘Anger’, which is quite common but also a dangerous emotion to express as much as you want. But still, defining anger does not only include its literal meaning, but also other connotative definitions such as, ‘What anger means for human being’ and other things. Before moving onto those connotative and deep definitions of anger, it would also be important to know what it actually means literally. Literally, anger means, ‘A strong feeling of displeasure or hostility’ or ‘Becoming angry’ (‘Anger’). Even can be seen in this literal meaning, it can be an unfriendly emotion for most of the people, proving the fact that anger can cause problem very often. Now, there could be other definitions, as mentioned. Anger is also generally considered by people that it is a powerful emotion which is closely related to their daily lives. It is true, that anger is an emotion which is distributed world-wide for most of the people (‘What Is Anger? | This Emotional Life’). And it means that, for human being, it is really a thing that can’t be ignored when seen around them. Simply, anger for human being, means something powerful that people should be aware about and should concern all the time. People even know that most of the emotional conflicts come from anger, and when uncontrolled, it would make situations even worse. So clearly distinguishing both factors would be the key to make this whole writing a masterpiece. Many people know that there are physical reactions or effects when expressing anger, but they don’t really know what exactly happens. This means that the research for physical factors is not deniable, also meaning that widely opening the door for the paragraphs of analysis in this writing can be started by the ‘Physical Effects’ part. When people get angry, they might even feel some changes of their body’s condition by themselves. It’s because while expressing or feeling anger, the adrenaline comes out, which generally gives people a will to exercise and act, but when related to anger, something that makes to stand against and eventually fight (‘What Are the Physical Effects of Anger? - Anger Management’). While adrenaline flows all over one’s body, that person might notice his heart beating faster, breathing faster, and in turn feeling overflowed or uncontrolled(‘What Are the Physical Effects of Anger? - Anger Management’).
