"It is not how much we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness". I am often struck by how it is the littlest things in life that put a smile on my face, and these are the things that are, for me, the purest forms of pleasure. They are the definition of happiness. The word somehow seems too simple, but the simple truth is that happiness is simple. What exactly is happiness? To me, it is what I feel when I get good morning texts from my friends - I know that they care enough to take time off their busy schedules to wish me well. It is when I read a book and cry over it and the fact that it's ending - good books always bring me happiness, even when I'm a sobbing mess under my duvet because of it.
