In the middle of your boring day, you hear your ringtone of your favorite song. You look at your lock-screen and see it's your friend Stacy calling. You pick it up and talk about plans for tomorrow's presentation. You smile and laugh, procrastinating more than planning;you feel happy, but then again what is happiness? Happiness is the emotion in that moment, when you laugh on the phone with your friend, or hear a silly joke from your teacher. In that moment you feel happy, you feel infinite with laughter and joy and silliness, that to me is happiness. The Friendship can lead to a longer amount of time of happiness. According to a Harvard Medical School study of 5,000 people and 20 years of analysis, researchers James and Nicholas found that "one person’s happiness spreads through their social group even up to three degrees of separation, and that the effect lasts as long as a year" (Fowler). The friendships and the connections we have with other peers can lead to happiness that last can last a life time. Happiness can also lead to a great health and life. Something that I love doing is making sure that everyone understands what they are given. This project is what I like to call "Favors for Friendship." Especially during the end of this year when everyone is willing to be bringing up there grades, I will be willing to help any one of my friends reach their goal. If one of my classmates is confused of a particular subject, I will be there to help him/her to learn it or find someone who does to help them.
