The above quote exactly reflects what I see as my personal Integrity and how I want me and my family to look at the world and face the surrounding. Integrity has and its meaning differs from person to person and there is no right or wrong definition to it. What matters is if Individual stick to the personal integrity he or she believes in. success will come and go, but integrity will last forever. For me, understanding the actions caused by integrity starts with knowing what is important and holding fast to that idea, even when it is not convenient or to your benefit. - If you make a mistake or miss a deadline, own up to your mistake. Don’t let team fail because of you.
- Work together as a team.
- Don’t involve in unnecessary gossips that can cause the conflicts
- If someone asking that is against your personal integrity, make sure you stand up against it.
I strongly believe any person carries the personal integrity and moral values from its parents. I am very proud and thankful of my parents who I am today. I come from India, country of rich culture, but still financial inequalities and corruption at every step. The time I grew up there was no exposure to internet social media and lot of things you learn from the surrounding and people around you. During my childhood in mid-80’s and 90’s, it was not common in India to have both working parents. My both parents worked entire their life just to give me and my sibling give good life what they missed as they grew up. Both parents working and out of house, we were vulnerable to many things, but my parents taught me how to keep our feet on the ground, importance of education, and the most important “Personal Integrity” I saw growing up my parents helping other people financially day in day out. My father taught me the importance of education. I carved the importance of education with example when he did his post-graduation when we were growing up. I followed my father’s foot prints and doing MBA at the same time raising my family. Even though my both parents work, they made me aware of the money and importance of sharing. Sharing is another personal integrity value I inherited from my
