In a world so cruel, to many people the perfect love may not exist. The four letter word, love, has been tossed, turned, and thrown around to the point where it does not mean what the genuine value was laid out to mean. Merriam Webster defines love as “a feeling of strong or constant affection for a person,” while defining perfectionism as “having no mistakes or flaws.” Moreover, both of these words go far beyond that. The perfect love is described as unflawed, selfless, genuine care and affection towards someone.
The perfect love remains not self-centered, but generous. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 states

Consequently, there remains considerably more to the story than people have understood. In such an egocentric, immoral world, many are left heartbroken and lonesome. Though they may feel this way, God remains persistent in always being there. Even when humans feel absolutely no hope and utterly full of obscurity, God stands there to mend. God is there to love; He is love. No single thing could stand in the way of the love God has for His people. Even when humans continue to choose the world over such a generous God, He still continually chooses His children. Therefore He will repeatedly give His grace, mercy, hope, and forgiveness due to His unending affection for humans. “But God, being rich in mercy because of the great love with which He loves us, even when we were dead in our trespasses-made us alive together with Him, by grace you have been saved” (Ephesians 2:4-5). No matter where someone has been or what they have done, God still desires them. He does not dwell on the past due to the great love that He has for the world. In behalf of the Lord’s boundless love, He craves a relationship with people even when they are dead in their trespasses. Even though the world sees them as worthless, God constantly runs after them. His blessings never stops flowing into the lives of His children. God’s love is not based on the situation or what He can benefit from it, distinguishing what perfect love remains to
