The Man Some could say that the name is simple; that it is impossible for everyone to know nothing about him; that he could not have done this alone; that one man is not capable of doing this all by himself, yet I stand here telling everyone in denial and doubt that this Man not only exists, but he is more mysterious and cryptic than anyone can imagine. I can assure you of one thing and one thing only: he is real. Throughout my life, I have gone through many unusual experiences yet I cannot shake the feeling of wanting to truly know who this Man really is. The more I asked around about this Man, the more lost I became, and the more questions I had. It became almost impossible for me to at least come up with a name, a name which does not reflect anything about this individual, it does not reveal any ties with other relatives, but it only conveys how profoundly anonymous this person was; how strange The Man was. I decided to open my eyes and there it was. An enormous mansion, not the fancy-like type mansion, but more of a Gothic style mansion with various added buildings, I could not grasp the general format of this mansion. So far away from civilization, this mansion stood erect and proud. It looked familiar in my eyes yet I knew that I had never been there before. So I gathered all my courage and took the first step to The Man’s place. So many questions, ideas, and fears ran through my mind yet I knew what I had to do. Without knocking I opened the cold, heavy iron doors with both fear and awe of what I was experiencing. I placed myself in the middle of the entrance, gazing at the
