According to Cambridge dictionary ,anger is " a strong feeling that makes you want to hurt someone or be unpleasant because of something unfair or unkind that has happened" (35). Anger is part of everyday life, it is a completely natural emotion that we all experience. Anger can be divided into three components :the first one is " The Emotional Response " ; it begins with chemical changes in the body that result in increased blood flow and a larger production of blood cells to counteract infection. Any unfamiliar or stressful event can produce these physical reactions and cause increased heart rate and lung function. This explains the link between anger and high blood pressure. A leading cause of anger is a person’s environment. Stress, financial issues, abuse, poor social situations, and overwhelming requirements can all contribute to the formation of anger. Genetics and your body’s ability to deal with certain chemicals and hormones also play a role in how you deal with anger; if your brain doesn’t react normally to serotonin, you might find it more difficult to manage your emotions .Moreover ,people need to express their anger and this can be conveyed through these signs ; Irritation, Sadness ,Depression Guilt , Anxiousness or Defensiveness. Many people therefore try o avoid anger ,but this often just leads to more problems further down the line especially if the anger is not expressed and is kept all bottled up .Some forms of anger has a positive side as it provides energy and motivation for certain difficult tasks. Anger, like pain, may serve as a warning that something is wrong with our attempts to relate to our environment. Anger may actually benefit our relationships when it is worked through positively with others. Anger can be a warning that something is wrong inside a person.
