What are hero? Hero's are people that take risks. They make a difference in the world. People become a hero by helping people out. To become a hero you can save life.
What is a hero? When people think hero they think of capes, people with superpowers, crime stoppers. What is an actual hero and how do people define them. There are many examples of heros in books such as: Katniss Everdeen, Harry Potter, Bilbo Baggins, etc… Each of these characters stood up for their beliefs and faced many trials because of those beliefs.
Most people would say that a hero is somebody that has super powers and wears a costume. Heroes don't have to be over powered beings; they can be regular humans. A hero can be anybody that takes risks shows courage, shows bravery and helps people in need. Heroes have a positive effect on the world. Usually, heroes "fight" against issues that affect them personally.
Throughout time, the meaning of the word “hero” has changed throughout the world. Everyone has their own perspective of what qualities and characteristics “heroes” should have. In today’s modern world, we hear the word “hero” used constantly in tabloids, on the news, or in plain conversation. What exactly is a hero? Who, or what, can be classified as heroic?
What makes a hero? A hero is someone who is willing to take a chance on something. Someone who can be strong and courageous to accomplish something. Someone who can complete a task and change a whole country. That is a hero.
What defines a hero? For some people, a hero might be someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty at one particular time in their life to perform some extraordinary feat. For others, a hero might be someone who stands up for what they believe to be true, devoting their entire life to what they feel in their heart is right. Paul Revere fits the latter of what makes a hero.
A hero is ,“a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities”, but the definition of a hero is different depending on the person who is asked. When people are children their heroes are usually their parents or their favorite superhero at the time. Many people also base their idea of a hero from what they see on t.v and in movies. Doctors/nurses, the police, firemen, and the armed forces are the everyday heroes that people usually think about when trying to define a hero. Today’s prime examples of heroes in fantasy are The Avengers, Batman Superman, and Wonder Woman.
Many people have a definition of the word hero. Some people’s definition of the word might be someone who stands up for what’s right and what is wrong. But this is my definition of the word hero. My definition of hero is someone who puts their life on the line, and doesn’t think of the rewards he will get.

A hero doesn’t always have ‘divine abilities.’ A hero could very well be someone who is simply kind and helpful, and someone who gives for the wellness of others. Someone like Johnny Cade.
John Calvin, was a theologian/ecclesiastical statesman, but was also known for being a journalist for his time and is widely credited as the most important person in the second generation of the protestant reformation, even today. Being born on July 10, 1509 in France, John Calvin was a law student at the University of Orleans when he first joined the cause of the Reformation. In 1536 he published the landmark text Institutes of the Christian Religion, his hope with the text was to standardize the theories of the Protestantism. John Calvin was the successor of Martin Luther as the preeminent Protestant theologian but unlike Luther, Calvin was known for his intellectual, unemotional approach to faith, and his religious teachings emphasized the sovereignty of scripture. He lived in Geneva briefly until he was forced to leave by the anti-protestant authorities in 1538, but was then invited back to Geneva in 1541.
There are various approaches to describing a hero. There is also an infinite number of individuals who can be defined as heroes. A hero can be a person who demonstrates valor. A hero can be a champion. A hero can even save a life or even mankind.
You may define a hero as someone with supernatural capabilities. Superman is a hero; he can fly, see through walls, and lift things with ease. You may define a hero as someone strong in your family that works as a firefighter or a police officer.
