On 7-31-2015 Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at 6884 N.Ridge Rd. Upon arrival, Officer McClure and I Officer Butram spoke with Maranda Degennaro. Maranda had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person. Maranda’s speech was unclear and she was visibly upset. Maranda was unable to stand without assistance.
Spoke to Vivian Ortiz (DOB 6/20/75) who stated that her juvenile son (16 years old), Elijah Perez (DOB 7/3/99), was being destructive and threw things around the house when she asked him to turn off the oven after he used it. Ortiz stated Perez had been diagnosed with intermittent explosive disorder and he had not been taking his medication or to his therapy. Ortiz also mentioned that she opened the case with DYFS to evaluate him and the case was still opened. Ortiz stated that Perez threw some baseball cards, laundry bin, trashes and made mess inside of the refrigerator. We weren’t able to speak with Perez as he walked out of the house prior to our arrival.
Attended by Since his 9/9/16 Behavior Clinic visit, Mom reported Ben attends BTC/Day program; walks and exercise daily; She’s counting calories, Ben is still working (picking up paper); still going on community outings with a behavioral residential aide (Addus Health), appetite good, sleeping well and having regular BMs; CSS received copies of Ben’s BATC 10/1/16- 12/30/16 behavior data which show targeted behaviors but no reports of major behavioral issues and 16 absences due to illness. He had 2 reportable incidents per Therap (10/10/16 Physical Aggression & 9/22/16 rectal digging). On10/12/16 he had a visit to American Family care for an ear infection, 10/5/16 had outpatient surgery regarding excessive wax in his ear, seen by his PCP on10/5/16,

The RP stated on 10/30/16 while supervising minors Devante Pinson and Jacob Sigala, Devanet was observed taking Jacob 's phone charger and walk towards his room. Jacob was observed stepping in front of Devanet asking repeatedly for him to return his charger. As Devante walked away he moved Jacob out of his way using his left hand.

During group therapy Devante Fowler was addressed by Michael Rojas for sitting close to Michael Nash. Devante Fowler got upset and addressed Michael Rojas and Daniel about their drug seeking activities that’s transpires throughout the day. Michael and Daniel denied the situation but when other peers shared with staff that both students tried to convince them to take part, Michael Rojas then admitted to huffing and snorting with Daniel. Daniel also admitted to snorting and huffing. Michael Rojas confessed that him Daniel would work together to distract staff.
Johnny Cade,Died on April,30,1960.He was 16 at the time,and he lived on the east side of Tulsa oklahoma. Johnny went to Tulsa East High school. Outside of school,he enjoyed hanging out with his friends and going to the movies with his best buds. He considered them family. Since his family did not care for him when they were alive and he was young.
INTRODUCTION: This case involves the suspect being arrested for public intoxication and unable to care for himself in violation of PC 647(f)-Public Intoxication. The suspect was later placed on a WIC 5150-Mental Health Hold. INVESTIGATION:
She reported no history of alcohol abuse. She stated that she drinks minimally only socially. Ms. DeMarzo stated that she has never been arrested. She reported that the both parents have Order of Protections against each other, both in criminal and family court. She indicated that the family has had several Administration of Children’s Services (ACS) investigations over the last year which have been unfounded.
The reporting party (RP) stated on 9/13/16 former foster child Crystal Jimenez disclosed while resident in the foster home of Helen Torres, she would lock the foster child out of the house. The foster child would be required to "calm down" before being allowed into the home. Ms. Compton reported that she does not let things get to her. She reported that she takes things as they come and let go of what cannot be changed. Ms. Compton reported a stressful time in her life was when Comelia first came in the home; she was trying to assist with so many behaviors. Ms. Compton reported that Comelia’s behavior has gotten better. She reported that Comelia attends behavior therapy and does a great job.
