The unit was designed to explore, plan, write and recall the activities that were carried out in class. The basis of the task was the experience that one had as far as teaching and learning was concerned and the lessons that I was able to take up during the teaching exercise as a teacher. Both the learners and the teachers have experiences that they can recall or experiences that has shaped their learning experience and their lives at large. These experiences affect the process of learning by the student and the process of teaching that is carried out by the teachers. The improved interaction between the teachers and the students improves the teaching process that is carried out by the teachers and the learning process that the students undergo. The age is also a factor to consider in the learning process because there is an age that that there is an age requirement for all the grades that the students is supposed to go through in the learning. The learning process tends to be efficient when the students in the class belong to the same age group. A student who is too young or too old for the class may feel out of place, a situation that will have a negative influence on the lives of the students. There are cases where it is not possible to avoid having older students or younger students in the class. In such a case, I will have to include them in the class and assess their response to the lessons compared to the other students within the class. The students in the classes come from diverse backgrounds hence the use of a method of teaching that will appeal to all of them is paramount to make sure that the learning process is not only interesting but also effective to all the students that take part in the
