On the morning of October 31, 2010, in Ottowa County, Ohio. Devon Griffin and a stepbrother had returned from church to find three bodies that had been brutally killed, initially, they had thought it was a Halloween prank, but soon realized this was just reality. The bodies were identified as William Liske, his wife Susan Liske, and her son Derek Griffin. The police found no evidence supporting forced entry, leading them to start suspecting someone who was in the family, lots of blood and solid evidence then led them to B.J. who had past mental health issues and a difficult relationship with the family. Derek Griffen, B.J. -. stepbrother Susan was brutally beaten to death using a hammer. According to the police, they believe that he was killed first since his murder had woken up Bill and Susan. B. He had been known to have violent outbursts, which were worse when paired with alcohol. Lastly, Devon Griffon, who was also one of Susan's sons and Derek's brother, Devon, had discovered the bodies after returning from church, he served as a key witness as he shared the details he knew.
