Anne Frank Diary of a young girl is something that the majority of people have heard of. A Diary about a girl named Anne Frank that took place during the second World War. A young woman whom was born June 12th ,1929 into a family of Jews. Most people know of her from the diary she wrote that gained her fame. However she died in March of 1945, in the concentration camp Bergen-Belsen. It was two months before the camp was liberated by the Allied forces against the Axis. But it was also one month before the death of the Nazi’s dictator Adolf Hitler. Anne Survived in Amsterdam for the majority of World War II in an apartments attic near her father's store. In there she wrote her diary about what it was like in the attic. When they were caught Anne’s father was sent to Auschwitz, where he later survived due to the fact that he was there only a couple months because the Allied forces discharged them. When he left, her father tried to find Anne and her sister Margot, and he discovered they died in the concentration camp a month or two previous of the disease Typhus. The family had already planned to start hiding ,but the letter pushed their moving sooner in time for them. Amidst the time when the Franks hid there some of her father's friends who were also his co-workers joined them. His other friends day by day risked their lives to give them food and water. In the Frank and friends time in hiding they survived 25 months until they were discovered by the Gestapo which were the German secret police because of an anonymous
