GETTING CERTAIN INTENSITY WITH AUTOCRACY In the simplest form, autocratic leadership described as gathering all power and privilage in one hand. Rudin states that kind of leaders was rushing to give achievement and penalties or having no feelings for others ' thoughts at all. (1964) In history, there are many autocratic leaders that left a good footprint on historical road and most of them showed successful leadership, had control over people mostly. Thus, autocratic leadership is the best way of having control over a group. Some may argue that autocratic leadership leads to dictatorship and dictatorship leads to resentment among people. Also, in addition, they claim that autocratic leadership rises controversy between public and increases the hatred to the leader. Yet, those claims can not go further than being cruel. If a leader is well-equipped, people start to feel absolute trust to the leader, they back up leader for utter strength. On the other hand, in public view, it feels soothing to give responsibility to one mind. People mostly do not stand for taking responsibilities in serious times. Also, opponents of autocratic leadership claim that everyone has right to share ideas. They argue that autocracy obstructs to birm of better ideas and further, the ones who disagree with their leader gets pushed out. However, those arguments are mostly irrational. In "Autocratic Leadership: Use Sparingly!", it is argued that if duites have to be done in haste and time is important, whilst the decisions needs rational call, mostly there will be no time for open chat between public. Adding that, most people can not think logical at all. (n.d.) Eventually, it can not be expected that all people are educated, rational and trained for making hard calls in hard times with emergency. Using autocratic leadership in managements provides better systematic progress. In authoritarian leadership, there are easier controlling mechanism due to congregating in same thoughts which are belong to the leader. Furthermore, sharing duties in parts with each person, only allowing making a specific task, provides systematic progress. Countries which use systematic progress with hard discipline and authority like Germany, China, Japan and North Korea are far beyond in technology, education and property compared to the other countries which do not use them at
