That's the number of how many teens are bullied in one year. “Approximately 160,000 teens skip school every day because of bullying” (https://www.dosomething.org/us/facts/11-facts-about-bullying) . “One in ten students dropout of school because of repeated bullying.” Cyberbullying and traditional bullying are more damaging than you may think. Traditional Bullying and Cyberbullying have there similarities and differences and can affect an individual drastically but many researchers have discovered that cyberbullying is often known to be more effectful and dangerous. There is always a different view some people take on bullying. Do they stand up for the individual or do they sit on the sidelines and watch it all happen? So what is traditional bullying and cyberbullying you may ask?! Why? Because when you are on the internet, bullies can harass and attack their targets anonymously. Cyberbullies often hide their identity while on the internet so the victim doesn't realize who the cyberbully is, making it hard for the victim to pinpoint who it is. “Another difference between cyberbullying and traditional bullying is that cyberbullying can happen anywhere. As long as someone has access to the Internet, a bully can harass someone and a victim can find an offensive comment about them”
