Charles Baker (Dill) Harris Grace Johnson 3rd hour Honors English Dill TKM Analysis In the novel To Kill a Mockingbird By Harper Lee, Charles Baker “Dill” Harris is. The character Dill showed his out-going and adventurous nature on many occasions. He is always up for an adventure with Jem and Scout even if it is crazy and/or dangerous. He also has a very out-going personalitiy in the sense that he is usually not scared to talk to people even if he has never met them. Dill’s out-going side is shown plenty of times throughout the noval but since it would take forever to find them all so here are a few. One of these occasions is when he walked up to Dolphous Raymond and took a swig of his drink while chatting away even though the people of Maycomb County all call him a drunk. Later Dill states, “ ‘Yeah. Glad to’ve metcha, Mr. Raymond, and thanks for the drink, it was mighty settlin’.”(Lee, 229). …show more content…
