Cultural Technology

Generally, People sometimes think the Cultural Technology as means of the art and methods of the studies or one of a colloquium. Due to it, CT’s real identity is not definite yet. So, one interpreted that how we attach the our sights to it. The other interpreted that the how we could see the art remains. However, The notable point of CT we should focused on is that it bring a lot of changes in our life-style. At first, the more level of CT is accomplished, the more people could be able to enjoy their life. For example, let’s think about the disabled people. In general, they may be the blind or have the physical problems. These prevented them from the general life freely. Seemingly, it may be easy to overcome themselves. However, it’s not true.

Especially, with the google glasses, I gonna suppose the public system for the blind people, on the level of undergraduate school. If the blind take these glasses when he or she goes out, the system will begins. AT the same time, the first step starts to operate. the machines send the signals from them to command centers to supervise everything. And then, the counselor who ready to help them gets the signals, by understanding the messages, the oral information system is turned and returned to the blind to explain the view. Thanks to the system, the blind would have the more advantages than before phenomenons. Although the emergency is broken up, through the system, the situation is sent to center fast and correctly. By sending the messages that could illustrate the situation, they could bind the accidents before these broken up. It means that the people who have the physical disadvantages can communicate with others in the life. In other words, the Cultural Technology helps the disabled people to counteract with society. Additionally, The more level of CT is accomplished, the many culture programs come in the disabled’s life. They people couldn’t

For example, in the case of S.Korea, KAIST Cultural Technology graduated school(GSCT), students make an effort to make the emoticon for the blind. Then, CMU ETC develop the systems or machines to realize the CT with convergence of Engineering with direct. On the perspective of companies, it can’t be the money. However, it’s not for the profits. Simplicity, the profit in front of our eyes is more economic, but the real helpful thing is for the people. Because the people is the core and the people have a lot of notable things inner. How do you think about CT? I think the CT as Cultural Technology, Correct Technology, Creative Thinking, and Cultural Thinking. The first means is too general to explain. So, I don’t tell about that. Then, the second is like upwards. The correct in that words means that whether we use the Technology to right purpose. And then the the next thing is about the Thinking. These are not independent.
