The Philippines as we know it is labelled as a third-world country, but that does not deprive its economy of its diversity and uniqueness. Compared to the other regions in the world ours is quite unique compared to theirs. But even if, we still are the third world and suffer a lot in our three main sectors of economy respectively, agriculture, services, and manufacturing. They also come with strengths that we should use to the best of their capabilities to reap the most out of them. Our country’s economy, in general, we have fallen into a state where problems are interconnected to one another. In agriculture the productivity is depressed, the key areas for its improvement have an underinvestment, lack of workers, more of the labor force move to services when looking for work, wages earned are a small amount and cannot be considered enough and substantial, laws and regulations, difficulty in transporting their products, no direct access to big time buyers and financial access to increase their capital and more of alike represent the conflicts experienced in the agricultural sector of our economy. In services, there are far too many of the labor force included here making them very counterproductive causing the economy to be unstable, laws and regulations conflict, and lack of properly trained or skilled workers. In manufacturing it fails to grow positively and sustainably, the income of the laborer cannot be considered substantial for the simple man, welfare of all workers is not emphasized, and lack of level footing.
