My name is Decosta Turner, I’m writing to you because I bought a pair of Nike Jordan’s from your store, Time to Shine Sneakers. When I took them out of the box, they had a very bad odor and they had a hole on the side of one of the sneakers. I never put the sneakers on my feet, all I did was take them home and took them out the box. When I realized that they had the problems listed above, I put them back in the shoe box and brought them back to the store. On my arrival back to the store, I was met by the sales person who sold me the sneakers.

Being in Reggie’s shoes, I would have been as courageous as he was to confess his mistake of texting and driving during the accident. Reggie meant every word he said to the families of Jim and Keith because he truly did not remember he was texting and as soon as he remembered he made the choice to accept his mistake and pay the consequences. He promised to “take this terrible situation and help make the roads a safer place” and that is exactly what he tries to do by going around to schools and other events to talk about his situation. He was brave for stepping up and reading his apology letter to the families because he had already told everyone he was not texting, but at that time he did not remember that he was and the victims’ families
I have recently been to one of your stores on November 14th, 2015 where I bought a 22” black Protégé duffel bag with pink trim for $14.95 ($16 after taxes.) When I brought it home and looked closely, however, it came to my attention that there was fraying trim, and worn material inside and around the handles of the bag. Since the item was not of adequate quality, there was an issue at the airport. The faulty material ripped and spilled my belongings, and caused me to nearly miss my flight.

2.0 Competitor Analysis The industry that Under Armour is involved with is extremely competitive, with competing against big names such as Nike or Adidas. Although it’s hard at the beginning, but customers want to have the highest quality apparel therefore they turn to Under Armour. Under Armour stays in the competition by having high quality products, and also by signing endorsements deals with major athletes (Owusu, 2017). By having major athletes represent Under Armour, means the company will be bringing in "big money" because they will bring up the brand’s popularity. The major competitors in this industry are of course inclusive of big names such as Adidas, Nike, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Puma.
Starting as just a mail-order business with some retailers, it quickly opened new manufacturing facilities, starting with New England in the early 1980s as well as it signed contracts with other international distributors. While producing at lower costs outside the US, New Balance sold its shoes at a higher price than the average market and started to have huge sales anyways. This supports directly two of New Balance’s main competitive objectives being first that they want their customers to feel uniquely served by offering several widths of their shoes for different kind of feet and letting the customer not wait for the delivery of the shoes but always having inventory to push into the retail stores in case of scarcity. A good customer experience is one of their key competitive
