In today's modern American society, you could go to anywhere and find some form of racism. Even though slavery was “abolished” over 150 years ago, racism is still alive and well. The song was released one day after what would have been Trayvon Martin’s 21st birthday and one day before what would have been Sandra Bland’s 29th birthday. Martin and Bland’s deaths are focal points of Black Lives Matter. In one line which says “When he fuck me good, I take his ass to Red Lobster, cause I slay” Red Lobster is a seafood chain restaurant, which could be considered high class to Caucasians when they first started.
