Discrimination.

"I have a dream that one day little black boys and girls will be holding hands with little white boys and girls." Martin Luther king jr. spoke in his speech “I Have a Dream.”

Discrimination sadly happens at any age. It can happen through harassment for example; making jokes, insults, or name calling directly to the person based on their color or ethnicity. In America, the problem of discrimination is cause by judgment of people with different background and looks and society reacts to this problem by standing up for those who are been discriminated or been treated unjustly. Which creates awareness and leads to solution such as march.

Discrimination is rooted in prejudice, which is the assumption that one group is superior to another. This leads to division and hatred, as well as dehumanization of other people because they have a different identity. in the article racial profiling it says that “young back men are often the targets in cities, but an increasing number of Hispanics have experience racial profiling as a result of widespread suspicious of undocumented immigrants” this is a clear example on how easy people is to judge others just because of the way they look their skin color
