Within Satterlee’s definition it is shown that pay incentives and the bonuses (Satterlee, 2013). These items help reveal how a company cares for its employees. These things have shown through the data assist a business, but it also shows how it can assist an employee in selecting a business to go to. Overall, using venture capitalism and offering employee compensation will benefit a company and an employee. In addition, a business does not have to be venture capitalist to have employee compensation, the study from Bengtsson showed that employee compensation was most prevalent in venture capitalist companies.
