An example of dissatisfaction in literature is “Winter Dreams” by F. Scott Fitzgerald. “Winter Dreams” is a short story about a young caddy named Dexter and his fascination with a girl named Judy Jones.He carries this fascination of her from being a young boy until his late 20s. (create a good transition to the thesis) “Winter Dreams” demonstrates that dissatisfaction in the things you accumulate and the people that surround you could never lead to happiness through foreshadowing and irony.
