The company has established ongoing diversity training with the aim of advancing its ongoing workplace diversity journey. These different diversity education programs have been successful in minimising conflicts and lawsuits and have helped workers to deal with their diversity related issues (Dike, 2013). The Education and Training has improved overtime, strengthening the ability of managers and employees to influence value and respect individual differences to sustainably drive better results to the business.
