Behind every school and every teacher is a set of related beliefs a philosophy of education that influences what and how students are taught. A philosophy of education represents answers to questions about the purpose of schooling, a teacher's role, and what should be taught and by what methods. Teachers in early childhood education must understand the diversity of learning styles in the classroom environment. Since each child is likely to have a different learning style, students need a variety of lesson plans and activities to engage the entire class. Understanding how students learn will make it easier to create appropriate lesson plans for the educational program. Although different learning styles might develop as children get older, students will generally learn in my classroom the main teaching styles that is visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. In this chapter, you will examine the experiences, beliefs, values, and actions that frame your daily teaching practice. An honest self-assessment will provide a starting point from which you can develop clear targeted objectives. Each objective comes with examples of what it looks like and what you need to do to move toward more effective instructional practice. From my personal experience I’ve had with the smaller kids was wonderful, but scared at the same time also. It has taught me so much that most kids are not the same you have to have the patience an time to understand
