Struggling, suffering and misery. Not alive but is forced to be. In extreme ordeal, unbearable pain and just want a peaceful death. Doctor assisted suicide can be defined as a doctor/physician giving a patient(who comes under the terms and conditions) that wants to suicide deadly drugs in order to do so. Additionally, the rules for doctor assisted suicide are very strict. Mainly, if the patient has a grievous and irremediable medical condition, and if their death is forceenable. Many have done malicious cases have occured because a specific reason of doctor assisted suicide. For example, a man named Arvin who is in his 60’s had gotten the alarming news that he had a gotten a disease called dementia. Additionally, dementia causes one to lose memory. Furthermore, Arvin wants to have a peaceful death were he doesn’t need to suffer by getting doctor assisted suicide before his disease becomes severe. Although, for him to get doctor assisted suicide his death needs to be nearby/forceenable which means he can not get it ahead of time. Also, when he becomes a severe patient in dementia, he may not be able to tell anyone that he wants to suicide because dementia causes memory loss and paralyzation. Moreover, there should be the freedom of choice to have the right to choose when you can get doctor assisted suicide for patients such diseases. Secondly, many have asked for assisted suicide in the past as well but not have been granted it. In the early 1990’s a woman named Sue Rodriguez had a disease which she was suffering from but she was not able to get doctor assisted suicide. She had a disease called ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). This was a neurological disease that affected nerve cells, affecting movement of muscles. Although, Sue was not able to
