Ladies and gentlemen of the jury… Today, we are not here to discuss if or if not Jason Frederick committed the murder of Old Man Walter. Jason is completely sane, and knew exactly what he was doing. This is distinctly why he confessed of his horrid doings. Although some may plead Jason Frederick legally insane, there are multiple reasons behind why he is a cold-hearted murderer, and should be sentenced to death. Walter was a pure, innocent old man. Jason claims to not hold any grudges against the victim, which gives him no reason to violently murder this man. Nevertheless, he did it anyways, and soon confessed.
