Locate resources for problem resolution and win customer loyalty. The specific duties of a customer service agent differ depending on what kind of company they work for. This specific company Half.com customer service agents duties are: • Communicating between the buyer and the seller • Answering 60-100 customer emails a day • Managing half a dozen inbound calls in a timely manner • Investigating fraud • Refunding buyer’s money and charges the seller’s account for the amount of the sale

I found that the job title was useful, which was a customer service agent.
Also, the tasks which were a daily routine for a customer service agent, including; Dealing with difficult people, handling 60-100 emails and half a dozen phone calls, answering customer emails may require deep digging to find the resolution, investigating fraud, and tracking down details about a customer transaction in Half.com user database.
