Born on June 14th, Donald Trump established himself as a successful businessman and author. He has successfully created several organizations and companies under his name. His largest organization is the Trump Organization which is the leading company that runs his real estate businesses and other enterprises that he owns. Donald Trump is an active Republican who has shown his interest in the presidency seat for several years. He first declared his interest for the presidential seat in the year 1988 under the Republican ticket. However, he decided not to run for the seat then. However, with the recent change of events, the trust of the citizens on Trump has drastically reduced. The recent turn of events is not due to any economic event or activity, rather is based on his personality.
In the recent times, American politics has taken a drastic turn of events. Various incidents in the life of these presidential candidates are being brought into the limelight. Among these are their personal conversation, social media life including their tweets and Facebook updates. Such details may quickly reduce the popularity of a candidate among the citizens. In addition, some members of the Grand Old Party have distanced themselves from Donald Trump. They do not want to be associated with him especially after the release of the video between Donald Trump and Billy Bush. Among the participants of the Grand Old Party who have withdrawn their support include Senator of Arizona, John Mc Cain. “I thought it important I respect the fact that Donald Trump won a majority of the delegates by the rules our party set. But Donald Trump’s behavior this week, concluding with the disclosure of his demeaning comments about women and his boasts about sexual assaults, make it impossible to continue to offer even conditional support for his candidacy,” Mc said in one of his statements.
In addition, his running mate, Governor Mike Pence rebuffed Donald Trump’s proclamation. “I do not condone his remarks and cannot defend them. We pray for his family and look forward to the opportunity he has to show what is in his heart when he goes before the nation tomorrow night.” After the release of the video, up to forty members of the Republican Party had disowned Trump’s candidacy. Nonetheless, Donald Trump insists on running for the presidency despite having lost a lot of support.
Based on the series of events between June 2015 and October 2016, Americans should be able to make an informed decision and decide on the right candidate. They should
